The grand celebration was initiated with the hoisting of the National flag by the School Principal Dr Reema Tandon and other dignitaries.
The programme began with a patriotic song sung by the maestro KAPSIANS & teachers inspiring the feelings of pride in one's country.
The KAPSIANS donned as charismatic national leaders presented a tribute to the freedom fighters (as part of a character parade)
KAPSIANS showcased an act depicting the sacrifices of the leaders giving all an opportunity to gain knowledge, get a peek into our country's rich history and culture and learn important values.
The School Principal Dr.Reema Tandon enlightened the KAPSIANS with her inspiring speech and urged them to cherish the unity in diversity and work together to make the country even stronger. She shared her views and motivated the KAPSIANS to uphold the values of peace, equality, and progress & to show pride in their country.
The celebration culminated with a dance performance by the talented KAPSIANS on a medley of patriotic songs followed by the Grand Finale following which the sculpture of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj sculpted live during the assembly was presented to Dr. Tandon.
Lots of memories created, lots of lessons learned, lots of inspiration drawn by all!!
